- All participants are solely responsible for the safety and security of themselves and their personal belongings.
- Bodypower Beach body is not responsible for any injuries/accidents happening due to any circumstance at the venue or outside it.
- Bodypower Beach body is not responsible for any Fooding /lodging & travelling arrangements of any participant. Everyone needs to arrange the same on their own.
- During the show/event, Bodypower Beach body reserves the right to control any personal endorsements by the participants .They should strictly follow the endorsements as suggested by the organizer.
- Winners would be property of Bodypower beach body and will be given chance to associate with various brands of the organizer on its T&C.
- Stay & Tickets to Las Vegas (US) will be valid upto a period of 6 moths from the day of result declaration.
- Tickets would non refundable , and would be done only on the prior request of the winner.
- No date change /rescheduling will be entertained once the ticket and stay is freezed.
