    Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery

     

    What is Buyceps's Shipping Policy?

     

    We strive to deliver products purchased from Buyceps in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your prepaid order with Buyceps, shipping will be completely FREE. A shipping charge of Rs. 49 will be applicable to all COD orders and an additional Rs 49 is applicable for the pin codes which are marked as ODA (outside delivery area) by premium delivery partners.

    1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

    2. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

     

    What is Buyceps’s Fair Usage Policy?

    We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 149 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

     

    How do I check the status of my order?

    For every order placed through our website, you will receive an email with the order tracking details. The only requirement is that the user’s account must have a valid email id.

     

    How are orders placed on Buyceps delivered to me?

    All orders placed on Buyceps are dispatched through courier partners such as FedEx, Delhivery etc

     

    Does Buyceps deliver products outside India?

    No. At this point, Buyceps delivers products only within India.

     

    How can I get my order delivered faster?

    Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

     

     

    Cancellations and Modifications

     

    What is Buyceps's Cancellation Policy?

    You can now cancel an order by calling our customer support number when it is in packed/shipped status. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

    I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

    If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

     

     

    Returns and Exchange

     

    What are the cases where we accept a Return, Refund or Replacement?

    We would be happy to issue Return, Refunds or Replacements within 7 days of order delivery on the rare occasion of a mistake attributable to us including: Wrong Item Delivered, Transport Related Damage, Ordered Item Unavailable or Order Undeliverable.

    To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

     

    Note: Freebie items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable.

    For bulk orders, i.e orders over Rs 15000, the order confirmation call will be made to the customer from our customer support team, and once the order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

     

    What happens if I receive a fake product?

    Please be informed that at buyceps.com, we do not have any 3rd party sellers.

    This means that 100% of the products listed on our website are fulfilled directly by us in our own warehouse only. Due to this, We/You do not have to rely on anyone else for sending an authentic product.

    Since all the products are fulfilled & delivered by buyceps.com only, and we are the official, authorized and certified distributor/seller of all the brands that we sell, there is no possibility of you receiving a fake product.

    What happens if the product is close to expiry?

    We usually keep the freshest of all stocks here as we receive new stocks on a weekly basis from most brands, so you should not worry about receiving a near expiry product.

    For products that have 18 months or more of shelf life, 4 months or less remaining is considered as “near expiry” and for products that have 12 months to 18 months of shelf life, 2 months or less remaining is considered as “near expiry”.

    We may occasionally sell products that are close to expiry on special offers or in “clearance sale” section, however, the expiry date will be clearly mentioned in such cases if the product is “near expiry”.

     

    What happens if the product is damaged during transportation?

    In rare cases of transport damage,

    • If you found the carton box damaged/tampered, please reject it at delivery and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action.

    • For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share a video

    evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.

     

    What happens if I got a notification that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it?

    In an extremely rare an unlikely scenario like this, we require you to inform us within 2 days of receiving the notification of order being complete so that we can take necessary action with the courier / delivery person and resolve the case.

     

    How will my refund be processed once I return an item?

    In the case of a return, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
    In the case of non acceptance of the order, we process the refund once the courier company confirms the return request from the buyers end.
    If you have paid using razorpay for payment then we will reverse the payment in the same account that you paid from.

    In case of Cash on Delivery, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

    Optionally we may also issue the refund in Store Credit with your consent.

     

    How long does it take to process refunds?

    We issue refunds within 3 days on our end. Your bank can take up to 7 days to process it.
